Subject: Cosponsor memo - Commander Palmatier Bridge Naming
 
In the near future, I will be introducing legislation to name the bridge that spans the Allegheny River leading to Avenue A in Coudersport, Potter County as the “Commander Philip F. “Jet” Palmatier, Jr. Memorial Bridge”. U.S. Navy Commander Palmatier was killed on December 10, 1990 during a training mission when his jet and another collided.
