MEMORANDUM

Posted: February 3, 2017 03:21 PM
From: Representative Dan Moul
To: All House members
Subject: A Resolution Urging Congress to repeal the Envronmental Protection Agency's MS4 Program

A Resolution urging the Congress of the United States to repeal the Environmental Protection Agency’s MS4 Program.

This program which does not specifically detail the objective they are trying to reach is costing our communities across the Commonwealth billions of dollars without any justifiable results.

I encourage everyone to sign onto this resolution to encourage the abolishment of the MS4 program.

Thank you for your consideration.
