Subject: Expanding the Definition of Mental Health and Intellectual Disability
 
In the near future, I intend to introduce legislation amending the Mental Health and Intellectual Disability Act, further defining mental disability to include an individual who has experienced childhood sexual abuse. This will allow the victims of childhood sexual abuse to receive needed services under the act.

I invite you to join me in co-sponsorship of this important legislation.
