Subject: Former HB 2380 - Amending Title 61
 
In the very near future, I will be introducing legislation amending Title 61, Prisons and Parole, regarding County Correctional Institution, Board of Inspectors, Board meetings.

Specifically, my legislation will change the frequency of meetings from a minimum of monthly to no less than semi-annually. This legislation would only affect Board of Inspector, Board meetings for 8th class counties.
