MEMORANDUM

Posted: December 18, 2014 03:37 PM
From: Representative Frank Burns
To: All House members
Subject: American Jobs

In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that will address the Underground Utility Line Protection Law. This legislation’s number one goal is to help promote and protect American Jobs. Specifically, this legislation will require that all natural gas pipelines be manufactured with US Steel. This legislation would include reconstruction, alterations, repairs, improvements, maintenance, or new construction.

In today’s economy our number one job should be the protection and promotion of American Jobs. This legislation does both with the added bonus of protecting our environment from gas leaks caused by poorly manufactured foreign steel.

I hope you will consider co-sponsoring this piece of legislation to help protect American Jobs.

Introduced as HB371
