| In the near future, I plan to introduce a package of bills that will protect our seniors from potential abuse. My bills would do the following:

| Description: | My first bill requires the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing to provide a sentencing enhancement for a violation of the neglect of a care dependent person that results in the victim’s death. |

| Description: | My third bill amends the ‘Older Adults Protective Services Act’ to add a definition for “serious financial fraud”, to address situations where intentional acts of deception involving financial transactions such as lottery, email, and mail schemes occur. |
