Subject: Cosponsorship: Monitoring of Elections by the United Nations
 
I plan on introducing legislation that would add Section 1231 to the Pennsylvania Election Code to state:

"Section 1231 Monitors from United Nations - A Representative of the United Nations may not monitor a primary, general, municipal or special election in this Commonwealth unless the United States Senate has ratified a treaty authorizing the United Nations to monitor elections in this Commonwealth."

Please join me in making this addition to the Election Code.
