Subject: Amending Title 65: Statements of Financial Interest
 
As elected officials and public servants at all levels, we owe the residents of Pennsylvania transparency and accountability in everything we do. We must continue to make changes in the way state government does business to provide this transparency to our residents. With that in mind I am asking for your support in cosponsoring my legislation that will amend Title 65 in regards to financial disclosures. My bill will reduce the threshold of reporting gifts to $50 from the current level of $250 and reduce the threshold for transportation and lodging reporting to $100 from the current level of $650. I appreciate your consideration of this legislation.
