Subject: Rep. Barbin :: Changes in Post-Trial Reporting by District Attorneys

In the Report of the Task Force on Child Protection, the Commission and Task Force found that the list of licensing boards to which mandated port-trial reports are made by District Attorneys, is obsolete. Several of the boards of the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs have changed names, and new boards have been created.

I will soon be offering a bill that brings the relevant statute [Section 9561(b) of Title 42] up to date by correctly listing the licensing boards to which these reports shall be made. This bill is part of a comprehensive package of reforms in response to the Report of the Task Force on Child Protection.
