Subject: Co-Sponsorship- Fees imposed by the utilities to seasonal businesses
 
In the coming weeks, I intend to reintroduce former House Bill 772.

The proposed legislation seeks to limit the fee imposed by the utilities to seasonal businesses during the time the service is not being utilized. The fee may not exceed $25 per month. It would define “seasonal business” as a campground, ski resort, amusement park, fairground, hunting camp, recreational park. Community pool, sport complex or water park.
