Subject: Co-Sponsorship- Legal fees incurred by the Pennsylvania Game Commission
 
In the coming weeks, I intend to reintroduce former House Bill 688.

The proposed legislation would require all legal fees incurred by the Pennsylvania Game Commission for legal actions initiated by the PGC and legal actions brought against the commission to be paid from the Game Fund and not from the General Fund.
