Subject: Accreditation Requirement for County Children and Youth Agencies (Former HB 453)
 
Former House Bill 453 requires county children and youth agencies and other public or private agencies providing child protective services to be accredited. Agencies would have to be accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency that promotes standards and champions quality services for children, youth and families.
