Subject: CS Memo – Consumer Relations Bureau within the PLCB
 
My legislation creates a Consumer Affairs Bureau within the PLCB to investigate all complaints and suggestions received from customers. In addition, the Bureau will be charged with implementing improvements to the State Store system.
