Subject: Limited Winery Selling PA Craft Beers
 
My legislation would allow limited winery licensees to also sell malt and brewed beverages produced and manufactured by an entity licensed in the Commonwealth. The limited winery licensee would have the option of selling these products at their main winery location and also at their satellite locations. The winery licensee would be limited to selling no more than one hundred and ninety-two fluid ounces in a single sale to one person.
