Subject: Amending Title 75 to Prohibit Turning into Gas Station and Parking Lots to Avoid a Traffic Light (Former HB1188)
 
In the near future, I intend to reintroduce legislation to amend Title 75 that would prohibit vehicles from turning into gas stations and parking lots with the purpose of avoiding traffic lights.

Vehicles choosing turning into gas stations and parking lots with intention of exiting the opposite entrance can endanger pedestrians standing outside their vehicles at these locations. This dangerous maneuver should be prohibited in the Commonwealth. Please join me in supporting this commonsense safety measure.
