Subject: Amending Title 74 (Transportation)
 
In the near future I will reintroduce legislation that will amend Title 74 (Transportation) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for annual limitations on expenditure from the Motor License Fund and establishing the Pennsylvania State Police Fund.

This piece of legislation sets a limit on what amount of dollars may be expended or transferred from the Motor License Fund for the purpose of the operations of the Pennsylvania State Police from fiscal year July 1, 2013 through fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022.

Set amounts for the fiscal years specified shall be deposited into the fund for the Pennsylvania State Police for the purpose of its operations.
