Subject: Recreational Impact Fees (Formerly HB 484)
 
In the near future, I plan to re-introduce legislation amending the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. This legislation provides for the manner in which the recreational impact fees are utilized.

My legislation would amend the current law to authorize using these fees for the additional purposes of the operation or maintenance of park or recreational facilities.
