Subject: Exempt Emission Inspection for Certain 5th Class Counties (Former HB 2643)
  
  I will be introducing legislation that would amend Title 75 (Vehicles)   by adding a paragraph that would add an exception to the periodic inspection   of vehicles.  Specifically, emission inspection criteria for certain fifth class   counties with a population of less than 116,500.
