Subject: Gas Transmission Line Right-of-Way - Authority (Former HB 1993)
 
In the near future, I will be reintroducing former House Bill 1993, amending Title 74 (Transportation) to grant the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission the authority to designate, acquire, or install rights of way for gas transmission lines. My legislation additionally directs the commission to establish the rules and regulations necessary to carry out this duty.
