Subject:	Co-Sponsorship: Amending the Right to Bail (Former HB 2057)

I plan to reintroduce legislation that will amend the Right to Bail (Title 43 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes) Law to exclude persons who have been charged with capital offenses, offenses for which the maximum sentence is life imprisonment or for sexual abuse of children.
