Subject: Club Liquor Licenses (Former HB 556)
 
In the near future, I intend to reintroduce legislation to amend the Liquor Code regarding Club Liquor Licenses.

My legislation will allow the PLCB to issue new Club Liquor Licenses to entities that qualify regardless of the quota. Currently, these licenses are not counted when determining if the quota for a particular county has been met; however, once the quota is met, no new Club Licenses will be issued.
