Subject: Exemption of Civil Liability to Landowners (Prior HB 1643)
 
This legislation amends Title 75, Chapter 77 Section 7725(h) to limit the civil liability for landowners who allow their property to be used to conduct an approved snowmobile and all-terrain vehicle (ATV) information, safety education and training program for persons under the age of 16. It’s important to note that this bill unanimously passed the House Chamber last session.
