Subject: Replacing the PLCB Run Online Platform
 
I will be re-introducing legislation (former 2526) which will require the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board to utilize a third party to not only run its failing online platform, but also oversee the warehousing and distribution of spirits. In a time where you can get virtually anything to delivered to your house with third party providers like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats, it’s time for the LCB to utilize technology and innovation to provide a better service for the people of Pennsylvania.

I hope you will join me in sponsoring this necessary legislation for the benefit of Pennsylvania’s consumers.
