CONVEYANCE - COMMONWEALTH PROPERTY IN BOROUGH OF AMBRIDGE, BEAVER COUNTY

                                  AN ACT

     Authorizing and directing the Department of General Services,
        with the approval of the Governor and the Pennsylvania
        Historical and Museum Commission, to accept by donation a
        tract of land and any improvements thereon situate in the
        Borough of Ambridge, Beaver County.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

     Section 1.  Conveyance in Ambridge Borough, Beaver County.
        (a)  Acquisition authority.--The Department of General
     Services, with the approval of the Governor and the Pennsylvania
     Historical and Museum Commission, is hereby authorized on behalf
     of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to accept by donation from
     the Harmonie Associates, Inc., a tract of land and any
     improvements thereon described in subsection (b).
        (b)  Property description.--The tract of land to be donated
     by Harmonie Associates, Inc., pursuant to this section, is
     located in the Borough of Ambridge, County of Beaver, bounded
     and described as follows:
     ALL that certain lot of land situate in the Fourth Ward of the
     Borough of Ambridge, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, being Lot No.
     11 in Block No. 8 upon the Village Plan as recorded in Beaver
     County Plan Book Volume 1, page 241, bounded and described as
     follows, to-wit:
     BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of Church Street and
     Fourteenth Street; thence eastwardly along the southerly line of
     Fourteenth Street, 42.2 feet to the dividing line common to Lot
     Nos. 10 and 11 in said Block, thence southwardly along said
     dividing line 70 feet to the northerly line of property of the
     German Lutheran Church; thence westwardly along the northerly
     line of said Church property, 42.8 feet to the easterly line of
     Church Street, thence northwardly along the easterly line of
     Church Street, 70 feet to the southerly line of Fourteenth
     Street at the place of beginning.
     CONTAINING an area of approximately 0.07 acres.
        (c)  Easements, etc.--The donation shall be made under and
     subject to all recordable easements, servitudes and rights of
     others, including, but not confined to, streets, roadways and
     rights of any telephone, telegraph, water, electric, cable,
     sewer, gas or pipeline companies, as well as under and subject
     to any recordable interest, estates or tenancies vested in third
     persons, appearing of record, for any portion of the land or
     improvements erected thereon.
        (d)  Deed.--The deed shall be prepared by the grantor as
     provided by law, subject to approval by the Department of
     General Services, and accepted on behalf of the Commonwealth of
     Pennsylvania by the Department of General Services.
        (e)  Costs and fees.--Costs and fees incidental to this
     donation shall be borne by the grantee unless otherwise
     stipulated by previous agreement.
     Section 2.  Effective date.
        This act shall take effect in 60 days.
