REPEAL - LAW PERTAINING TO PENNSYLVANIA POST-WAR PLANNING COMMISSION

                                  AN ACT

     Repealing the act of June 4, 1945 (P.L.1191, No.413), entitled
        "An act to authorize the Pennsylvania Post-War Planning
        Commission under certain conditions to enter into agreements
        with political subdivisions of this Commonwealth for the
        financing of plans and specifications for public works; and
        making an appropriation."
        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:
        Section 1.  The act of June 4, 1945 (P.L.1191, No.413),
     entitled "An act to authorize the Pennsylvania Post-War Planning
     Commission under certain conditions to enter into agreements
     with political subdivisions of this Commonwealth for the
     financing of plans and specifications for public works; and
     making an appropriation," is repealed.
        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
