                                  AN ACT

     Designating a bridge over the Susquehanna River in Clinton
        County as the Constitution Bridge.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The bridge carrying State Route 150, on Segment
     270 at Offset 1048, over the West Branch of the Susquehanna
     River and affecting Woodward Township, Castanea Township and the
     City of Lock Haven in Clinton County is designated and shall be
     known as the Constitution Bridge.
        Section 2.  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain at each side of the bridge a sign displaying the name
     of the bridge.
        Section 3.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
