ROXANNE H. JONES AVENUE, 78TH DIVISION, POW/MIA REMEMBRANCE AND PRISONER
OF WAR/MISSING IN ACTION HIGHWAYS AND ARTHUR F. DETISCH MEMORIAL BRIDGE -
                               DESIGNATIONS

                                  AN ACT

     Designating a section of Allegheny Avenue (SR 1013) in
        Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, as Roxanne H. Jones
        Avenue; designating Route 78 in Lebanon County as the 78th
        Division Highway; designating State Route 248 in Lehigh and
        Northampton Counties as the POW/MIA Remembrance Highway;
        designating a section of State Route 222 as the Prisoner of
        War/Missing in Action Highway; and designating the Arthur F.
        Detisch Memorial Bridge in Erie County.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

     Section 1.  Roxanne H. Jones Avenue.
        (a)  Designation.--That section of Allegheny Avenue (SR 1013)
     in Philadelphia County beginning on Ridge Avenue and ending at
     Sedgley Avenue is hereby designated and shall also be known as
     Roxanne H. Jones Avenue.
        (b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain road signs which shall display the name of Roxanne H.
     Jones Avenue at the beginning and the end of the section of the
     avenue designated in subsection (a).
     Section 2.  78th Division Highway.
        (a)  Designation.--Route 78 in Lebanon County is hereby
     redesignated and shall be known as the 78th Division Highway.
        (b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain road signs which shall display the name 78th Division
     Highway at the beginning and the end of the highway designated
     in subsection (a).
     Section 3.  Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Highway.
        (a)  Designation of highway.--State Route 222 in Ontelaunee
     Township, Berks County, from Segment 362 at the Kutztown Highway
     to the intersection with Warren Street, Segment 202, in
     Wyomissing Borough, Berks County, is hereby designated and shall
     also be known as the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Highway.
        (b)  Road signs.--The Department of Transportation shall
     erect and maintain road signs which shall display the name
     Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Highway at the beginning and
     the end of the road designated in this section.
     Section 4.  Arthur F. Detisch Memorial Bridge.
        (a)  Designation.--The bridge on State Route 832, on
     Peninsula Drive, Millcreek Township, Erie County, which crosses
     over the railway tracks of the Norfolk Southern Railway or of
     any successor is designated and shall be known as the Arthur F.
     Detisch Memorial Bridge.
        (b)  Markers.--The Department of Transportation shall erect
     and maintain appropriate markers or signs to indicate this
     designation to motorists.
     Section 5.  POW/MIA Remembrance Highway.
        (a)  Designation.--State Route 248 in Lehigh and Northampton
     Counties is hereby designated the POW/MIA Remembrance Highway.
        (b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain the appropriate signs to indicate this designation to
     motorists.
     Section 6.  Effective date.
        This act shall take effect in 60 days.
