POW/MIA MEMORIAL AND REMEMBRANCE HIGHWAYS AND MARTY GODRA MEMORIAL BRIDGE
                              - DESIGNATIONS
                 Act of Nov. 24, 1998, P.L. 810, No. 102              Cl. 87
                                  AN ACT

     Designating a section of SR 0073 in Montgomery County,
        Pennsylvania, as the POW/MIA Memorial Highway; designating a
        bridge in Chester County as the Marty Godra Memorial Bridge;
        and designating a portion of SR 0248 in Carbon County as the
        POW/MIA Remembrance Highway.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  (a)  The section of SR 0073 in Whitpain Township,
     Montgomery County, between North Wales Road and Butler Pike is
     designated and shall be known as the POW/MIA Memorial Highway.
        (b)  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road
     as the POW/MIA Memorial Highway.
        Section 2.  (a)  The bridge located on SR 3079, Five Point
     Road, Highland Township, Chester County, over Fawn Run is
     designated and shall be known as the Marty Godra Memorial
     Bridge.
        (b)  The Department of Transportation shall erect and
     maintain appropriate signs identifying the bridge designated in
     subsection (a) as the Marty Godra Memorial Bridge.
        Section 3.  (a)  That portion of SR 0248 situate in Carbon
     County is hereby designated the POW/MIA Remembrance Highway.
        (b)  The Department of Transportation shall erect the
     appropriate signs identifying the above portion of road as the
     POW/MIA Remembrance Highway.
        Section 4.  This act shall take effect in 60 days.
