REGULATING SALE OF TICKETS FOR PASSAGE ABOARD CERTAIN VESSELS
                 Act of Jul. 19, 1965, P.L. 218, No. 118              Cl. 12
                                  AN ACT

     Regulating the sale of tickets for passage aboard certain
        vessels, the advertising practices pertaining thereto, and
        providing penalties for violations.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  No person shall issue, sell or offer for sale in
     this Commonwealth in the regular course of business any ticket
     for passage aboard any vessel required by law to be registered
     in this country or in any other country which does not have
     clearly imprinted thereon the country of registry of such
     vessel.
        Section 2.  No person issuing, selling or offering to sell
     any ticket for passage aboard any vessel required to be so
     registered shall directly or indirectly cause to be placed
     before the public in this Commonwealth any advertising matter or
     information pertaining to passage or the availability of passage
     upon any such vessel, unless the advertising matter or
     information clearly indicates the country of registry of the
     vessel.
        Section 3.  Any person who wilfully violates any provision of
     this act, shall, upon summary conviction thereof, be sentenced
     to pay a fine of not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100), or in
     default of the payment thereof, shall undergo imprisonment not
     exceeding thirty days.
        Section 4.  This act shall take effect immediately.
