PROVIDING FOR THE INAUGURATION OF THE GOVERNOR

                                  AN ACT

     Providing that the inauguration of the Governor-elect of the
        Commonwealth shall be held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

        The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     hereby enacts as follows:

        Section 1.  The inauguration ceremony and the taking of the
     oath of office by the Governor-elect of the Commonwealth of
     Pennsylvania shall be held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, at a
     site to be selected by the Governor-elect, on the third Tuesday
     of January next ensuing his election.

        Section 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
