                  Act of May 2, 1929, P.L. 1260, No. 437              Cl. 16
                                  AN ACT

     Requiring the county commissioners of the respective counties to
        furnish the county controller with an official seal.

        Compiler's Note:  Section 26 of Act 146 of 1931 provided that
            Act 437 is repealed except insofar as it relates to
            counties of the first class.
        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That each county controller
     shall be provided with an official seal of his office by the
     county commissioners of such county, and which shall be used for
     the attestation of all official papers.
