APPROPRIATIONS TO UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATIONS PROHIBITED
                 Act of Jun. 23, 1911, P.L. 1119, No. 843             Cl. 72
                                  AN ACT

     Prohibiting the making of appropriations by the General Assembly
        to unincorporated charitable, reformatory, or correctional
        institutions, formed, organized, or established after the
        date of the approval of this act; and making it unlawful for
        the Auditor General and State Treasurer to make payments of
        appropriations to such associations.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That from and after the
     passage of this act, no appropriation shall be made by the
     General Assembly, for any purpose whatsoever, to any
     unincorporated charitable, reformatory, or correctional
     institution of this Commonwealth, formed, organized, or
     established after the date of the passage of this act; and it
     shall be unlawful for the Auditor General to draw any warrant,
     for any sum whatsoever, in favor of any such unincorporated
     association, and it shall also be unlawful for the State
     Treasurer to pay any warrant payable thereto.
