COUNTY CORONER, SALARY SET
                  Act of Jun. 1, 1911, P.L. 556, No. 220              Cl. 16
                                  AN ACT

     To fix the salary of the coroner of any county of this
        Commonwealth having a population of one million or over.

        Compiler's Note:  Section 3301 of Act 230 of 1953 provided
            that Act 220 is repealed insofar as it relates to
            counties of the second class.
        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That, from and after the
     first day of January, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred and
     twelve, the salary or compensation of the coroner of any county
     of this Commonwealth, having a population of one million or
     over, shall be at the rate of eight thousand dollars ($8,000.00)
     per annum. Such salary or compensation to be paid monthly by the
     treasurer of such county, according to existing laws.
