COUNTY TREASURERS, CONCERNING
                  Act of Jun. 1, 1911, P.L. 540, No. 200              Cl. 16
                                  AN ACT

     Providing that no commission shall be allowed to county
        treasurers for receiving and disbursing moneys returned to
        the county by the Commonwealth, which were collected by the
        county for the use of the Commonwealth, and upon which the
        treasurer has already received a commission.

        Section 1.  Be it enacted, &c., That from and after the
     passage of this act, no commission shall be allowed to any
     county treasurer for receiving and disbursing moneys returned by
     the State Treasurer to any county, or city coextensive with the
     county, which moneys were received or collected by said county
     or city for the use of the Commonwealth, and for the receiving
     and disbursing of which the county treasurer has already
     received a commission.
        Section 2.  All acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith
     are hereby repealed.
