DEPUTY CORONERS, APPOINTED Act of May 9, 1889, P.L. 162, No. 180 Cl. 16 AN ACT To provide for the appointing of deputy coroners in the several counties of this Commonwealth. Section 2. Compensation Such person so deputized by him as aforesaid shall receive for such services as they may perform by virtue of such appointment, the same fees as are now provided by law for similar services rendered by such coroner, and the same shall be paid from such funds and at such places as the said fees of the said coroner are now by law payable. 1889, May 9, P.L. 162, Sec. 2. Act not to repeal special laws All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act be and the same are hereby repealed: Provided, That this act shall not apply to those counties in this Commonwealth acting under special laws. 1889, May 9, P.L. 162, Sec. 3.
