TWENTY-FOURTH WARD PHILADELPHIA SURVEYS OF CERTAIN STREETS
                 Act of Mar. 15, 1871, P.L. 361, No. 335              Cl. 11
                                  AN ACT

     To repeal an act, entitled "An Act in relation to the plans of
        surveys of certain streets in the Twenty-fourth ward of the
        city of Philadelphia," approved July eighteenth, one thousand
        eight hundred and sixty-three.

        Section 1.  Mayland dam property
        An act, entitled "An Act in relation to the plans of surveys
     of certain streets in the twenty-fourth ward of the City of
     Philadelphia," approved the eighteenth day of July, Anno Domini
     one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, which suspends the
     plan of surveys within the limits of a certain tract of land,
     then in the twenty-fourth ward of the City of Philadelphia,
     known as the Mayland Dam property, and forbids the opening of
     streets through the same, be and the same is hereby repealed;
     and so much of the established plan of survey of the City of
     Philadelphia as is embraced within the limits of the property
     dedicated under the provisions of the act hereby repealed, may
     be revised by the board of surveys of said city, both as to
     streets and grades; and any alterations of the same shall be
     filed, returned to court, and confirmed in the manner now
     prescribed by law.  1871, March 15, P.L. 361, Sec. 1.
