PITTSBURGH HOSPITAL AID TO - ORPHANS ASYLUM OF LANCASTER INCORPORATED
                  Act of Apr. 4, 1838, P.L. 263, No. 49               Cl. 24
                                  AN ACT

     Granting aid to the Pittsburg Hospital for the destitute sick
        and insane of Western Pennsylvania, and to incorporate the
        Orphans' Asylum of Lancaster, and to provide for the
        education of the Deaf and Dumb in this commonwealth.

        Section 11.  Children from this state to have preference
        After the pupils now in the institution from other states
     shall have finished their education, preference shall always be
     given to the children of this Commonwealth, when there are not
     accommodations for all who may apply.  1838, April 4, P.L. 263,
