Short Title:
An Act amending the act of July 31, 1968 (P.L.805, No.247), known as the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, further defining "traditional neighborhood development"; further providing for grants of power to municipalities, for standards and conditions for traditional neighborhood development designations and for manuals of written and graphic design guidelines; providing for subdivision and land development ordinance provisions applicable to traditional neighborhood development, further providing for time limitations, for procedure to obtain preliminary opinion and for implementation agreements.
