An Act amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, adding additional judges to courts of common pleas in Lycoming, Butler, Montgomery, Erie, Lebanon, Bucks, York, Mercer, Chester, Westmoreland, Monroe, Pike, Lehigh and Delaware counties, further providing for costs in civil and criminal cases, and further providing for the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing.
