An Act amending the act of December 19, 1990 (P.L.1200, No.202), known as the Solicitation of Funds for Charitable Purposes Act, in registration of charitable organizations, further providing for the audit of certain financial reports and for annual registration fees; in exemptions from registration, further providing for exemption of registration for certain charitable organizations; and, in short form registration, further providing for organizations required to file.
