An Act amending the act of December 17, 1981 (P.L.435, No.135), known as the Race Horse Industry Reform Act, further providing for the powers and duties of the commissions; establishing the Office of Race Horse Integrity Unit; providing for additional fees; further providing for existing fees, taxes, fines and penalties and for funding by the commissions; and making editorial changes.
