Short Title:
An Act amending Titles 12 (Commerce and Trade), 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 63 (Professions and Occupations (State Licensed)) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, codifying the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act; further providing for aggravated assault; providing for repossession vandalism, for unauthorized recovery and for the regulation of professional repossessors and collateral recovery; and making a related repeal.
