An Act providing for the return of beverage containers and for the powers and duties of the Department of Environmental Protection; imposing a returnable beverage container assessment on distributors; establishing the Returnable Beverage Container Fund; and providing for a returnable deposit value on returnable beverage containers, for redemption of empty returnable beverage containers, for redemption centers, for payment of claims from the fund and for annual report to General Assembly.
