An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for the offenses of criminal gang activity and criminal gang solicitation and recruitment; establishing the Criminal Gang Deterrence Fund; providing for criminal gang activity forfeiture and for disposition of criminal gang activity offenders; further providing for disposition of delinquent child and for controlled substance forfeiture; providing for alcohol and drug treatment; imposing penalties; and making an appropriation.
