An Act amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in wiretapping and electronic surveillance, providing for applicability to providers outside this Commonwealth; further providing for investigative disclosure or use of contents of wire, electronic or oral communications or derivative evidence, for disclosure of contents, for requirements of governmental access, for cost reimbursement, for mobile tracking devices and for issuance; and making an editorial change.
