An Act amending the act of July 19, 1979 (P.L.130, No.48), known as the Health Care Facilities Act, further providing for the definition of "health care facility"; providing for the definitions of "activities of daily living," "home care agency," "home care registry," "home health aide," "inspection," "instrumental activities of daily living" and "personal care worker"; further providing for licensure; providing for home care agency and registry consumer rights and protections, for home care agency and registry inspections and plans of correction and for home care agency and registry exemptions; further providing for application for license; and providing for penalties.
