Short Title:
An Act amending the act of August 26, 1971 (P.L.351, No.91), known as the State Lottery Law, eliminating the PACENET program; further providing for rebate amounts and for excessive pharmaceutical price inflation discount; providing for a single pharmacy benefits manager for a Drug Utilization Review Committee and its duties and for rebate agreements governing reimbursement by certain public plans; and imposing powers and duties on the Department of Aging.
