Domiano, Sr., and Anthony R. Domiano, Jr., a certain tract of land situate in the Borough of Archbald, Lackawanna County, in exchange for certain tracts of land; and authorizing the sale and transfer of ownership of Project 70 land located in Wharton Township, Fayette County.
