An Act amending the act of July 9, 1990 (P.L.340, No.78), known as the Public Safety Emergency Telephone Act, further providing for definitions, for local government immunity and for powers and duties of the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency; establishing a Statewide integrated wireless E-911 State plan; establishing a Wireless E-911 Emergency Services Fund and disbursements therefrom; further providing for collection of an E-911 surcharge from wireless customers and for annual reporting; establishing an E-911 Emergency Services Advisory Committee; and providing for rules and regulations.
