An Act establishing a Long-term Care Partnership Program to be administered by the Department of Public Welfare; providing for the protection of certain assets of long-term care insurance policyholders and for coordination of the same with the Department of Public Welfare's medical assistance program; providing for long-term care insurance and the related duties of the Insurance Department; establishing the Long-term Care Insurance Review Board; and assigning duties and responsibilities to the Department of Aging.
